1. Arbitration Clause.

These terms outline the process for resolving disputes between you and True Life Medical. In most cases, you're required to resolve any claims against the company through binding, confidential arbitration, individually rather than as part of a class action. Please refer to Section 19 for more information on this arbitration agreement.

2. Cautions.

Various factors can affect the precision of the Service and test outcomes, such as your capability to supply adequate and uncontaminated biological samples as directed by the instructions provided in the Kits. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we bear no responsibility for any errors in testing or other services resulting from your actions or failure to provide samples strictly in accordance with Kit instructions. We do not guarantee that the Service will be devoid of errors, completely accurate, or consistently reliable, nor can we ensure that the Service will achieve any specific outcome, whether explicitly stated by you or not. Additionally, we cannot guarantee that the results of the Service will be accepted by any specific entity. (For home self test kits)

The service and the site do not offer medical advice or assurances regarding health or safety. (b) "Contract" denotes any order placed by True Life Medical for the provision of services to you.

(d) "Request Form" indicates the standard service order form pertaining to the Service, accessible on the Company's website at www.truelifemedical.org.

(e) "Service" encompasses the array of testing and health services offered by True Life Medical, including, but not limited to: paternity, DNA relationship, and fertility testing, as well as DNA testing services for individual purposes such as ancestry tracing, weight management, skincare, and assessing sensitivities to specific foods and pets. It also covers all other healthcare services.

(f) "Site" refers to www.truelifemedical.org and any other websites or online applications managed by True Life Medical that either directly link to or integrate these conditions.

(g) "You" pertains to the individual placing an order for the Service and/or utilizing the Site.

5. Terms of Sale.

(a) These conditions govern all content and information accessible on the site and all contracts, superseding any other terms and conditions, including those you may attempt to apply via a purchase order confirmation, request form, or similar document.

(b) By completing the registration/request form, clicking the "Submit" button on the Site, or through a representative, you legally commit to an offer to purchase the Service under these conditions.

(c) True Life Medical conducts all sales under these conditions, with no deviations unless confirmed in writing by Owner. The Company reserves the right to amend these conditions at its discretion, with any changes posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these amendments. The revised conditions supersede all previous versions.

(d) You are responsible for determining the suitability of the Service for your specific needs and for any resulting consequences.

(e) Features and specifications of the Service provided on the site may change without prior notice.

(f) These conditions do not negate your statutory consumer rights.
