We operate as a healthcare testing and service provider staffed by trained, certified, and licensed professionals. Our role does not involve diagnosing; rather, we operate within our defined scope of practice. Our services include offering general health education concerning diagnoses already confirmed by clients' Primary Care Providers (PCPs) or other specialists. We provide in-home support and advocacy for both clients and their family members. However, we are not accountable for medical emergencies that may arise. In the event of a medical emergency, it is crucial to dial 911 and contact the Primary Care Provider promptly.
