Service Description
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, rhythmic therapy designed to stimulate your lymphatic system, reduce fluid buildup, and support your body’s natural detox and immune function. This wellness-focused service is ideal for clients experiencing mild swelling, inflammation, fatigue, stress, or those simply looking to feel lighter, refreshed, and rebalanced. Each session uses precise, light-touch techniques to encourage lymph flow, decrease puffiness, and promote overall circulation, helping your body reset from the inside out. This service can be for a targeted area or full body.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or directly with True Life Medical. A valid payment method is required to secure all appointments. New clients must complete all intake and consent forms prior to their first visit. Some services may require medical clearance before treatment PAYMENT POLICY Payment is due at the time of booking or immediately after service We accept major credit/debit cards and approved electronic payments Package sessions must be paid in full prior to the first appointment CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Less than 24 hours notice = cancellation fee (50% of service cost) Same-day cancellations or no-shows = 100% of service cost charged Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their session shortened or rescheduled NO-SHOW POLICY Clients who miss an appointment without notice will be charged the full session fee. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for all future bookings True Life Medical reserves the right to decline future appointments after multiple missed visits PACKAGE POLICY All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable Packages must be used within: 60 days (5–6 session packages) 90 days (10+ session packages) Unused sessions will expire after the designated timeframe MEDICAL CLEARANCE & SAFETY For your safety, certain conditions require provider clearance before treatment, including but not limited to: Recent surgery, Cardiovascular conditions (e.g., CHF), History of blood clots (DVT), Active cancer treatment, Kidney disease True Life Medical reserves the right to postpone or decline services if contraindications are present. CONTRAINDICATIONS (DO NOT BOOK IF YOU HAVE) Active infection (e.g., cellulitis) Fever Untreated or suspected blood clot Uncontrolled heart failure If any of these are present, please seek medical care prior to scheduling. POST-SURGICAL CLIENTS A written or verbal clearance from your surgeon may be required prior to treatment Clients must follow all post-operative instructions provided by their surgeon True Life Medical does not replace your surgical or medical team REFUND POLICY All services and packages are non-refundable. Prepaid sessions may be credited toward future services at the provider’s discretion No refunds will be issued for completed services. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
