True Life Medical was founded by September Jones, RN, CM/DN, CLT, a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of healthcare experience across critical care, case management, care coordination, advocacy and holistic wellness.

But this business wasn’t built from credentials alone,  it was built from what she witnessed every day in healthcare.

Why True Life Medical Was Created

After years working on the frontlines of healthcare, one thing became clear:

~Conditions that could have been prevented or better managed were turning into emergencies.  Families were overwhelmed. Individuals were left confused, unsupported, and trying to navigate their health without guidance.
